Calcium - Support Options
There are three levels of support available for Calcium.
- Basic Support
Basic support is included at no charge; there's no limit to the
amount of support, but contact is only by email.
- Enhanced Support - $100/year
Enhanced support includes Basic Support. We'll also install the
product for you (telnet, ssh, or FTP access is required!), and you'll
have access, by appointment, to instant messaging and telephone
support. (Note: customers outside the US are responsible
for telephone charges.)
- Premium Support - $200/year
Premium support includes everything from Basic and Enhanced Support,
plus you'll get free upgrades to new releases. You're also entitled
to request small customizations to the product - at no additional
charge.
You must be a licensed user of the currently released version of
Calcium to purchase Enhanced or Premium Support.
