| Called Dr. Hanson's office about Dad's head itching. Picked him up a new shampoo & lotion that he was out of. | Keith took Dad to the VA for labs. Stopped by Dad's: fixed media player: picked up bottle of champagne: we are going to take history of shoals class together. i am a little scared--Jo PS I sincerely apologize for not keeping up calendar better: i did take dad shopping my week but i failed miserably w/calendar--Jo | | | Dad made it to the bank & then started feeling bad. Took him home & did his grocery shopping. (W) | Added belatedly. I hang my head in shame. Picked up rx for dad @ Southern Family--he said he didnt want to bother Keith cause he does so much :) Thanks Keith Jo$ |

Got him Burger King & some stuff he needed from the grocery. | | | Dad emailed me that he needed appt. with Dr. Irons as his Life Line screening showed he had some narrowing in his arteries. Called & got appt. | |

Took Dad to Church and grocery shopping. The letter regarding his heart screening reports that he has plaque in his left artery that needs to be addressed. Did not get him a mop head b/c I did not know what kind and he needs a new kitchen timer (too expensive a SFM). :) Also re-filled his itch medicine. He said that he is not getting better & the lotion is too expensive, what to do :( | | | | Dad called said he had toothache & needed to go to the dentist. Called Camille to see if she could take him as Keith has to take his mom to the Dr. today & we are leaving this afternoon to go to Spring Hill. Camille is taking Dad at 2:00 Thanks, Camille. Did Dad's shopping: He didnt want to go cause of the cold & think he was out enough for dentist. (Cams said he has to go back to dentist to have stitches removed. Not sure if appt was made.) I need to pay more attention to calendar. I thought this was my week so I missed last week. Shameful!! Jo $ | | |

Took Dad to lunch (Jo went to :) and went shopping at Deals and K-Mart. He was in real good spirits had a good day! | | I misunderstood Cams: She said we could take Dad's stitches out. Not me I'm a lefty!!! Wasnt able to talk Dad thru getting on bank's website so stopped by tonight & showed him but I dont think it stuck. (also got printer working again) He will keep up w/Michelle's wages on calendar for reimbursement from VA in future: He had some forms that needed to be filled out "yesterday" told him Michelle could do that type of thing but he said she couldnt do "everything" and he didnt want her kowing all his business. I will fill out forms and try to get them back in next couple of days:

Dad emailed me last night that he had found a device that would copy cassette tapes to computer or Cd & wanted Keith to research it. Keith went over there & told him that he thought it would be too complicated so he is going to call around to see how much it would cost to have it done professionally. Gave Dad some hot mustard slaw Fri. & he already ate it all so sent him more along with cucumbers & onions in a vinegar dressing I made. (W) Stan took Dad to Church and got him lunch. He also got a script. filled for him. Not sure which one. Love ya'll :) | | Dad appt. with Dr. Irons @ 3:30 Took Dad to Dr. Irons. He wanted him to have a carotid doplar study. Scheduled an appt. for Fri. @ 8:30 (W) | | Took Dad shopping: Killed about 10 baby roaches on his counter. He showed me a letter he had for Mary Alice but I suggested he not give it to her :) I did tell the guy at desk dad was still having probs w/the roaches: They are now just spraying the perimeter of bldg rather than inside unless asked I think: they sprayed Dads apt sometime in the last 2 wks I think but he still has prob: yuck Jo | Took Dad for test. Cardiologist has to read it first & give results to Dr. Irons. Made out Michelle's paycheck & got his printer working again. (W) | |
