| Dad appt. with Dr. Mallette @ 2:30 Took Dad to Dr. Mallette's. He is taking Dad off all his regular meds (except asthma & prostate meds)for a month to see if any of them are causing the itching. He also talked to me when Dad had gone out to the waiting room. He said that it could be OCD causing him to pick & itch himself. He siad he would try an anti-depressant next if he isn't allergic to his regular meds. I will go over to Dad's tomorrow th go over the medicine changes with Michelle. (W) | Dad OCD?? Thats a new one: Would prednisone help OCD? | | | | Took Dad to Hackelburg Alumni Banquet: (had a brief scare thinking we had the time wrong) Right day/Right time: we got there about 5 til 7 and left about 7;45: Dad was having a bad time. Havent seen him this bad in a loooong time: He laid back in car & got very dizzy: couldnt sit up etc: I felt very bad for him. he was better by time we got back home :( |

| | | | Took copies of pics to Dad. Found out about him having to be out for cabinet installation next week. Went back & took a big Rubbermaid container for Michelle to use to put his stuff in. He says he isn't going to leave for the 3 days he has to be gone for the heatin & air repairs. Says he's staying because it's his bedroom & his shower. (W) | Took Dad shopping: Kmart---Aldi's---Big Star Whew! Aldi's was extremely busy loooong line which was not helped when I entered my pin# on dads debit card & it rejected: Took me forever to get right card/right pin#: They were forced to open 2nd line:) Then on to Big star cause their meat is better: Im very sad the convenience of Southern Family is gone. Didnt get home til 8: and still have a couple of things to get that neither store had. Oh yea printer not working again: I need a drink. O and ask me about Angie: Its a good story' Jo $ | Dropped off groceries couldnt get yesterday: didnt have time to frame the picture: Jo$ | Dad emailed me his Microwave wasnt working: stopped by luckily it was just unplugged :) Jo$ |

Dad called & wanted to know how much longer he had to stay off his meds. Told him it hasn't even been three weeks yet. Said his feet & ankles swelling. Told him to just take his water pill & eat a banana or drink oj but not take the Potassium. Reminded him that Dr. Mallette said he would have to be off the meds 3 to 4 weeks in order to see if one of them is causing the itching. (W) | Dad called & wanted me to come over & look at his swollen foot & ankle. Told me to call Dr. Irons but not tell him he hadn't been taking his meds. I told him I didn't play that game with Tutty & I wasn't going to play it with him. Called & left message at Dr. Irons office. Dad has to be out of his apt. Thursday for the cabinet install. I am going to Emma Grace's Kindergarten Recognition ceremony that day. Called Camille to see if she can come over to my house Thurs. She has to work but is going to see if she can swap shifts with someone. I guess I will have to get Michelle to come over if Camille can't. Cameron has gymnastics at 4:30 that day so I will probably take him back to Montreat at 4:15 & he can hang out in the lobby til 5:00 (W) | Dad called & needed some Sarna lotion. Picked some up at CVS & took it to him. (W) | | | | |

| | | | Dad appt. with Dr. Mallette @ 2:00 Took Dad to Dr. Mallette's. Made some changes to his meds. | Dad shopping and will get him change tomorrow. He wants a debit card :) TEE HEE! (A) Took Dad to Dr. Nurse practioner gave him an Rx for compression hose. Got them at Milner Rushing. Talked to them about getting MidSouth to monitor his swelling and to bath him. He wasn't keen on the idea but I pushed for it. MidSouth is supposed to call me tomorrow & I will go over there for the assessment. (W) | Went to Dad's for MidSouth intake appt. He will be having physical therapy, bath aide, and a nurse for 8 weeks. His nurse is Jennifer (Tutty's nurse). (W) | |

Called Connie to see if she could cut Dad's hair tomorrow. Said she would. (W) | | | | | Took Dad shopping: Southern Family Yes!!!! Had a really good visit: Never did figure out who started his facebook page: but I changed password & added pic: Debit card is in & has been activated: Just waiting for Pin# to arrive: Sh/be in the next 5 days or so: He is still very itchy Jo$ Went by Dad's to see what his plans were for next week. Wanted me to take him around to hotels this afternoon to look at handicapped rooms. Told him no. Called & found room at Jameson Inn that has roll in shower. Will take him there tomorrow to see if the room works for him. (W) | Took Dad to Jameson Inn. He said the room will work. Got his reservation made. He will be in room 325. (W) |
