| Took Dad home from Glenwood & got him groceries. Called Dr. Irons' office to get letter from him so Dad can get voucher from airline. Called Carl & Annie Mae to let them know Dad was home. (W) | MidSouth called to recertify Dad. Went to his apartment to get everything ready for the nurse. (W) | Went to Dr. Irons' office & picked up letter. Got it in the mail to Carl. (W) | Went to Dad's to try to get wheelchair issue straightened out. No luck there. Called Glenwood to ask about the bill Dad received. They overcharged so got correct amount & mailed them check. Got more groceries. (W) | | Dropped elbow pad off. Dad was sleeping: Didnt hear me knock or hollering: At least he is sleeping good ;) |

| | | | Meet adjuster @ Dad's. Didn't take long. He just asked Dad a few questions; took some pictures: Left his card & said he would be back in touch in 2 to 3 weeks (I think) :) Jo$ | Stan went by Dad's and dropped off gift for Michelle that is now her X-Mas gift :) Took Dad to Dollar Store and grocery shopping. He told Stan that he is going to "sue" Montreat and then move to an assisted living facility! TEE HEE :) Took Dad to History of the Shoals Class: He said no need for me to take him shopping tomorrow as per above Stan did. Thanks Stan! Jo$ | Dad appointment with Dr. Irons @ 10:30 Took Dad to Dr. Irons. He said it could be a couple more months before the elbow is completely healed. He put him on another round of antibiotics & Dad asked for a Rx for Viagra because what he gets from the VA doesn't work. Had Dr. Irons look at his ear. Said it was full of wax and to get wax removal stuff. Went to Milner Rushing to get elbow pads. Had him try them on to see if they would work. Got prescriptions filled, wax removal stuff, Prilosec & garbage bags. Ordered refill from VA for predninsone. Put ear drops in his ear. (W) | |

Took Dad to church and lunch. He said he didn't need anything from the store. His ear was running after lunch and I noticed spots on his pillow. We had to help in bed when we got him back home. I've never seen him sink that badly that quickly :( | | | | Dad called and said he needed to go see Dr. Walker about his ear. Called and got appointment for tomorrow. (W) | Dad appt. with Dr. Walker @ 10:15 Took Dad to Dr. Walker. He got a huge amount of hardened wax out of his left ear and suctioned out the right. (W) | |

Church, lunch, and shopping. Thanks Stan :) | | | | Dad called me around noon & wanted me to get him lunch because Michelle hadn't shown up. Called her house & talked to her son. He said she had left around 10:30. Called Dad back & told him to give her about 20 more minutes. She called about 10 minutes later & said she was there. (W) | | We took Dad to the bank, Aldi, Fred's, and SFM. Cameron kept him entertained. (W) |

Lunch and a field trip. Aint that the life? O by the way Manda & Stan---Marty made tapes & passed them out at class. I can make a copy for you if you want ;) | | | | Took Dad to class: I usually get him BK on way home but he wasnt hungry. Wanted me to look at his computer which for some reason restarted itself & thinks it is a brand new computer. Weird. It was around 9 when I was leaving & he pulled plates out of microwave and asked if i was hungry. It was chicken that had been there since 2!! Ewww I told him not to eat it either. | Stopped by Dads to take him shopping but had to wait on Midsouth. (almost 2 hours) Got AOL reloaded on computer. It looks like his documents are still there but alllllll that music is gone again. GRRR,.When we started to leave it was pouring---Dad said he would wait & go tomorrow but I was like no way. So he stayed & I did his shopping of which when I returned he advised what he had neglected to have me get. Am I PMSing or is my Karma out of whack? | |
