If you do not want any advertising displayed with your calendar, you can sign up for the paid, advertising-free version. It also includes some extra features (see below.)

The paid calendar costs $50 per year, or $30 for 6 months. You can:

In addition to displaying your calendar without any advertising, the paid calendar option includes these extra features:

• Email Reminders - This feature lets you set up email messages to be sent at pre-specified times before an event is scheduled to occur; e.g. "2 hours before". You can have one or two reminders for any event, the times and email addresses are specified when the event is created or modified. Only users with at least "Add" permission in your calendar can use these.
• Email Subscriptions - Email Subscription messages are sent to anybody who signs up for them - any user who can view a calendar can sign up, at any time. These messages are sent a certain number of days in advance of the date of the event; the number of days is set by the calendar administrator. People can subscribe to receive mail for all upcoming events in your calendar, only events in certain categories, or just for particular events they're interested in.
• Email Auditing - You can choose to have mail automatically sent to any email address(es) you like when any or all of the following occur:
  • anybody views the calendar
  • an event is added
  • an existing event is edited or deleted
  • a calendar setting is changed
  • a user adds or changes an email subscription
