This week's discussion has to do with Zinn's third chapter "Persons of a Mean and Vile Disposition" (www.historyisaweapon.com/defcon1/zinnvil3.html) which talks about white servitude and the unfair practices by lords in colonial America. I hope that the conversation veers towards discussions on government and labor in Early America and the model of government proposed by John Locke. I'll try to make cookies!!!
