Did lots of Quad and IT band massage yesterday
good warm up + drills and strides.
4x 800 with 1:15 rest @ 3:00 (even if it feels really easy)
4x 600 with 45 sec rest @ 86-88 pace
3x 400 with 30 sec rest @ 84-85 pace
15 min cool down
no cross train/ yoga only
Plan out week based on knee!
40-50 min recovery run + 45 cross train
