3x 400 with 30 sec rest @ 84-85 pace
15 min cool down

no cross train/ yoga only
Plan out week based on knee!
40-50 min recovery run + 45 cross train
45min Run, No Pain!! Ran in Hoka Clifton No time for cross training
60 run + 30 cross train
Travel to Houston in evening
