1x Monday type day with Carrie Sprint drills and 4x strides, 10 sec, 20, sec 30 sec, 40 sec full recovery between each.

1-9 mile run with 30 min in middle cutting down from 6:15 GRADUALLY to threshold pace

1- 8-9 miles with 2 sets of 5x 45 sec @ 1500 effort; jog 90 sec between each and 4:00 between sets

1- long run of 13-15

recovery runs of 6-9 miles

9 mile run with 3x 10 min at threshold effort with 2:30 easy between each

1- 8-9 miles with 24 min alternating 2:00 hard/ 2:00 easy

1- recovery runs as you can 4-8 miles
3x core 2x 50 sec spiderman, 2x 16 Hip raises
1x hamstring exercises (3x10) between sets 1x 60 sec slow mtn climbers
2x barefoot walks/ barefoot wall touches
2x 7 way hips, 2 x MYRTL

2-3 recovery day total 5-10 miles

1- 70 min run with 35 min cutting pace down every5 min start at 6:20-6:30

1- 60 min run with 6x 40 sec MODERATE hill, jog 80sec between sec

1- long run of 14-16
core x3 hold front and side planks for 90-1:40 seconds
2x MYRTL / 2x 7 way hips
1x 10 min abs or Peleton core
1x hamstring exercises (2x 12 with light weight)
barefoot wall touches x1 + 2x towel curls (2x 10 each foot, each direction)
