The password to schedule a time for equipment use will be emailed to you by Jasmine Smith, 901-448-9657. In order to receive a password, Esther must send an email requesting calendar access for you.

Scheduling Limits

Do not sign up for times that you are not actively planning on using.
Friday at 9am, users can schedule no more than 8 hours for the following week from 8:30-5:00, and of those no more than 4 on any day.
Users who fail to follow this rule will have their reservation deleted and be required to wait until 3pm Friday to reschedule.
Monday at 9am, users are free to sign up for remaining times that week only.
Users are encouraged to sign-up for after-hours and on weekends, but should likewise limit these sign-ups
to 8 hours on Fridays, and unlimited after-hours on Monday 9 am, for THAT WEEK ONLY. After hours access has to be pre-approved.
If other unscheduled users wish to use equipment that week they are free to ask any user for some of their time, and all users will be encouraged to be considerate of others.

Billing

1. Time will be billed in 15 min increments with a minimum of 1 hour per reservation.
2. You must use an active account number to sign up every time you schedule.
3. Cancellations and start time changes must be made at least 1 hour prior to the reserved start time to avoid being charged.
4. Changes to the end time should be made prior to leaving the equipment room.
   If there are any problems, please contact Esther, Jasmine, or Mistie at the time of the problem.
5. The Imaris workstation and all items in the Microtomy core, except the cryostat, are currently available free of charge.
   Please enter "NO CHARGE" for the account number to avoid being billed for these services.
   Please note: use of Neurolucida on the StereoInvestigator station and use of the Neurolucida360 station cannot occur simultaneously. Please schedule accordingly.

Two reminder emails will be sent to you indicating the time you have reserved. The emails will arrive 1 day and 2 hours prior to your reserved time.
